Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP) – Results

The 2025-26 ISASP was administered at Tri-Center  and across the state of Iowa in April 2026. At this time, school districts have not received complete 2025-26 ISASP results. The portal is currently displaying 2024-25 results.

Throughout late spring and summer, the Iowa Department of Education conducted a statewide survey and consulted Iowa educators regarding cut points for the proposed achievement levels of the assessment. This fall, the Iowa Department of Education will gather additional stakeholder feedback before recommendations are finalized and cut points for the achievement levels are approved.

After this process is complete, comprehensive ISASP results will be released. Although a release date has not yet been finalized, complete results are anticipated to be available in November 2026.

HOLIDAY ADOPT-A-FAMILY

Every year, Tri-Center works with different community organizations to help out families over the holidays who are experiencing hardship. We would like to offer the fixings for a Thanksgiving meal, a Christmas meal, and gifts for Christmas.

While we cannot promise to help out every applicant, we will try to help out as many families as we have sponsors for. Your information in this form will remain confidential and will only be shared with the team of people responsible for organizing families, sponsors, and delivering goods.

Tri-Center will have a 1:30 Dismissal on Wednesday, October 14th, for Staff Professional Development. There will also be a 1:30 Dismissal on Friday, October 16th, the last day of 1st Quarter.

Because Tri-Center is hosting Regional Volleyball on October 21st, Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, and Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, from 3:30 to 7:30 PM.

Middle School and High School:

Conferences are held in the High School Cafetorium by walk-in. Please email a teacher if you want to set a reserved meeting time.

Elementary:

Please schedule your conferences with your teacher in PowerSchool. From the Public Portal of PowerSchool:

1. Select the elementary student in your PowerSchool dashboard.
2. Click Parent/Teacher Conferences in the left navigation column
3. Review any current reservations and teacher notes
4. Click the name of a conference
5. Select a teacher from the drop-down menu (lead teachers and co-teachers will be visible)
6. Enter an email address and select an “options” that display from the drop-down
7. Click Save
8. Repeat the steps above to select additional teachers and reserve other conference times
9. To delete the reservation, refresh the page and click the red minus button to the right of a reservation under “My Reservations.” The reservation list will list conference reservations from other family members as well.
10. Your parent PowerSchool account is the same one you have used to register your student in the past. If you need assistance with your account, please email administrator@tctrojans.org.

There is no school on Friday, October 23rd, 2026.

• Peanut butter, canned protein
• Jelly, syrup, frosting, spices
• Boxed meals & cereals
• Boxed desserts: cake mixes, brownies, muffins, etc.
• Frozen items: pizza, microwavable dinners, fruits, etc.
• Toiletries: toothpaste, body wash, bar soap, lotion

🎒 Tri-Center is happy to be partnering with Food Bank for the Heartland to offer the BackPack program again this year. This program's mission is to ensure children experiencing chronic hunger have consistent access to food on weekends and during school breaks, when school meals are not available.

Through this program, your child will discreetly receive a food pack of various food items every Friday afternoon during the school year, starting September 18th. The food is at no cost to you or your child. If you would like your student to participate in this program, please reach out to our school nurse, Amanda Stamp, at amanda.stamp@tctrojans.org or 712-485-2211.

Tri-Center will have no school on Monday, September 7th, 2026 in observance of Labor Day.
